Hopkinton Democratic Caucus Results

Democrats in Hopkinton caucused on Wednesday, 2/27 at 7pm at the Hopkinton Fire Stattion. The purpose of the caucus is to elect delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic Party's 2013 Platform Convention.
The following delegates and alternates were elected to represent Hopkingont at the convention at the Tsongas Center in Lowel on 7/13/13:

On Friday April 12th we will be having another caucus for Hopkinton Democrats at the Hopkinton Fire Station at 7pm. This caucus will be for the purpose of nominating Democratic candidates for town office.

Independence Day
We know that our political opponents often try to paint Democrats as, somehow, less patriotic than they are. I want you to know, therefore, that there were a LOT more Dems out there on Hopkinton Common on July 4th that there were Republicans.
Now, that's not to say that I think, or that Democrats in general think, that Republicans are less American than we are. Electoral politics is a dispute, a VERY ARDENT dispute, about the best way to make America even better in the future.
However, I think we can be forgiven in the midst of all the "liberals hate America" rhetoric if we revel for a moment in our having outumbered them in our celebration of our nation's birth.
